Independent guest rooms for hospitality projects

A galvanised steel frame supports the capsule, with aluminium-alloy exterior panels, polyurethane insulation and glazed openings. Interior finishes, bathroom fittings and electrical systems form part of the selected room configuration.

Base configuration

Structure, envelope and fitted systems

Use the base specification as a starting point. Dimensions and configuration can be customised to your requirements. Final specifications and included items are confirmed in the agreed proposal and quotation.

Galvanised steel frame.
Exterior finish
Aluminium-alloy exterior panels with a fluorocarbon paint finish.
Insulation
Polyurethane insulation within the enclosure.
Glazing
Insulated Low-E tempered glazing. Skylights, opening windows and balcony details depend on the selected model.
Interior finishes
SPC flooring and interior wall and ceiling panels. Bathroom finishes include slip-resistant tiles and a privacy door.
Bathroom fittings
Shower, electric water heater, toilet, vanity, mirror and ventilation, according to the selected configuration.
Climate control
Heating and cooling air conditioning, with equipment capacity matched to the model and configuration.
Lighting and controls
Ambient lighting, downlights, curtain controls and room-control functions. Available arrangements include key-card power control and voice control.
Electrical configuration
Switches, sockets and wiring can be configured to Australian, US, European or other destination-market requirements. Any regional specification is a base option, not the only choice.
