01. Project brief
This Quanzhou urban project combined 73 flat-pack box bodies into office, living-support and accommodation zones. The 73-unit modular office accommodation project supported management, staff housing and sanitary functions within one coordinated site, with circulation components planned around daily use.
The completed allocation comprised 44 office box bodies, five living-support box bodies and 24 accommodation box bodies.

03. Functional zones
Office and circulation
The office package included shared corridors, a four-box double-storey stair assembly, raised terraces, connectors, outdoor flooring and guardrails. These components linked the workspaces into a usable multi-level office building.
Living support
Two dedicated restroom modules provided sanitary functions as part of the five-box living-support area.
Accommodation
The 24-box accommodation zone used external walkways, guardrails and entrance canopies to organize access to the residential rooms.
04. Factory-to-site delivery
Premium Modular House supported factory production, transport coordination and on-site installation. Standard modules, circulation components, sanitary modules and loose accessories were scheduled as one project package.
The recorded standard frame measured 6055 × 2990 × 2896 mm and used a flat roof with organized internal drainage. Production followed the project drawings, with phased dispatch beginning in August 2026.
