20ft Expandable Container House

Standard-width 20ft model

37 m² from a 5.9 m-long folded unit

This model keeps the 5,900 mm transport length of the 20ft range, folds to 2,200 mm wide and opens to a 6,300 mm overall width. Its listed 37 m² footprint sits between the narrower 700 mm-folded model and the longer 30ft model.

The standard schedule lists one living room, reference occupancy for 2–4 people and two folded units per 40 ft high-cube container. Use these figures as the selection baseline; furniture, kitchen and bathroom fit-out must be defined in the quotation.
